A Chinese who scammed to her friend

Be aware a scammer! A female Chinese 30ish years old who lives in Orland, FL. She marry a Taiwanese husband with 2 daughters. Her scam way is show how she and her family are so rich. She acted so nice to me as friends and would like to give me a $100usd worth Jade. I refused it. She showed her husband have many Mike Jorden's shoes. One of them costs $1000ish. She said she invests and earn money so she and her husband no need to work. but she works in a Chinese restaurant. She said she just help her friend. I was set up in her scam and asked her to invest to me. She took my money and didn't invest money to me and the invest would be under her account. . She didn't give me any contract or papers I asked for. She said I've earned my money and wanted me to trust her. After one year, I asked her for my money back . She said she would return but she didn't return my money with many excuses. I reported to the police. She said I need to cancel police case then she will return me money.. I said You should return my money first and then I cancel the case. She just lied about everything and scammed my money. And of course she didn't return my money back. I have all evidence. her information, If you know her or her family. Be aware!

She took $39100 usd from me and didn't invest it to me. She said she did. but when I asked for the contracts or any papers. She didn't give me any information. I asked her for my money back, She didn't return it to me. If anyone/lawyers can help , please let me know! Thank you!
