Person contracted with L'Opulence At Sea and its Principal , Livens Taylor for two (2) charter yachts for a birthday celebration. He took the money through cash app and sent her an invoice stating that the deposit was received and paid for the two boats which he did not deliver causing the person to incur additional expense. See the attached document entitled Invoice which reflects that he received the payment. The person has made several attempts to reach him by telephone and had a conversation with him in which he promised to refund the money. He has not refunded the money and is now not taking calls or returning emails.
