Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I was working at a construction site in New Hamburg in Milton St and Byron. As I was finishing up my work, a sales guy came up to me and said that he was leaving the country today and needs to give away 2 of his jack hammers cause he didnt want to pay international taxes when he is going back to Austria. He said his name was Frank. Only had 1 business card, showed me invoice of the jack hammers that apparently went for $2000 each and he was giving one for free if you bought the other one for 1500. He started urging me to go withdraw cash from my bank account when I told him I dont have money. I told him I was a Quality Control guy and have no use for this, and when I offered to call up the other guys, he seemed that he didnt want me to. I was the only one there at the time and it seemed that he only wanted to talk to me and kept saying "I gotta leave to the airport quick and looking for a quick sale!" He then started searching his jack hammer on kijiji and one showed up for $2000 in used. I am assuming that it was uploaded by himself because it said it was uploaded 24h ago and there were no other ads with that same model and also a google search was not able to find the same jack hammer. I took down his plate number. He said it was a rental vehicle. Please get rid of this scammer cause he obviously has done this for a long time. *** *** *** *** *** *** Please get rid of these scammers and put them behind bars.
