When I checked the tracking information, it continued to say the unit was waiting to ship even though I’d paid days before.
After the charge fully processed on my card, the location was listed as London.
When I checked the website the next day, it is now a clothing store called Gestures that apparently operates out of Hong Kong.
I have emailed support multiple times, and the only thing that’s ever said is that the item shipped and they will send me the tracking information in 3 days
