Individual posted a phone for sale, when I inquired about the phone we made agreements and arrangements for payments and delivery on which James Yancy II did not uphold his end of the deal. When contacted, James Yancy II had blocked any further communication from me as he knew he scammed me out of my money. I have contacted Facebook to try to resolve this dispute in which they told me there was nothing they could do. I contacted my bank who told me Facebook had to deal with it since it was a purchase through them. I need Facebook to hold up to their promise to buyers when shopping through Facebook.
