I seen an app on another app. And i liked bingo so i got the app from google play store. I played the app and i enjoyed it. But when i went to collect my winnings it asked, through paypal, for a platforn fee handling fee, bank transform fee and acceleration fees,everything was going ok, then when they are to give you the confirmation number for the funds transfer it changes to a message "void bank information" i contacted the creator and they sent a email "this is a rare problem we will fix it and contact you in seven days" Google plays policy is only 48 hours for a refund, now it is past due and google play will not reimburse me. So im out all the money i asked for 16 refunds and have been reimbursed about 4 dollars for the lowest handling fees. At 89 cents apiece. They got me and now i can see the scam.

Tell people they can win to paypal or cash app, let them submit the winnings, make it look official, have the people wait for the email till the refund policy expires and they keep all the money. Using paypal and cas app as a shell and using google play refund policy to get your cash. Pretty smart and i believe legal but still a scam.
