I ordered 3 camping chairs from Yarene.com from an ad for buy 2 get 1 free for $46.95. They sent tracking info to show chairs were on the way. Received a scarf from online seller in Nevada with same tracking info as the chairs after about 2 weeks. After scarf was delivered tracking info showed chairs were delivered but I never received chairs. Contacted Yarene through email and they wanted me to return scarf, at my expense, to a China address for a full refund or I could keep the scarf and get a 45% refund. I told them I wasn’t returning the scarf unless they paid for shipping.

They now have stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered 3 folding camping chairs as advertised on Facebook. They were buy 2, get one free. I paid $19.98 for the 2 chairs, the 3rd showed as $0 and 9.99 for shipping. My credit card was charged $49.95. As of 3/28/2023 I have not received this product. I did receive a random USPS package from On Seller, 188 South Mountain House Parkway, Tracy, CA 95377. It contained a scarf. I did not order anything like this so I'm wondering if they are connected.

I did reply to the email I received from [email protected] and included [email protected] requesting a refund. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I saw an ad while browsing Facebook by company called yarene.com for two chairs. I place the order by credit card I received a scarf from Suziechou. When I contacted yarine saying I received a scarf from China. They told me to go to the post office and pay to send it back and they would give me my money back or send the chairs. My other option was to keep the scarf and they would return 45% of my money. I told them I want all my money back and if you want to send me a self-addressed label I will happily send it back but I'm not paying to do it. I got on and Google the scarf and found that this is a brushing scam. I never even heard of a brushing scam. There's conflicting information whether I should cancel my credit card or not. I think I'm going to play it safe and just cancel my card this is a real inconvenience considering my husband just went through this with a credit card and it took almost 2 months to receive a new card

I ordered fold up camp chairs buy 2 get three. Charged my credit card and never corresponded or sent product. Upon further investigation found many people shared my experience with this company.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a folding camp chair. The deal was, buy 2 get 1 free. The chairs cost $20 each. I tracked the delivery but it was intercepted by USPS. What was delivered was an envelope, marked "postage due," with no contents and the postal clerk told me it was a scam. I did not accept it and the USPS returned it to the sender. I got emails from Yarene stating there was a mistake and wanted me to return the envelope or accept 45% refund. I told them I would be filing a fraud complaint with my financial institution and reporting to the ScamPulse.com and Instagram.
