He had a foreign accent. As I continued to ask him information about this order number, he told me it was set up 2 years ago and that it now needed to be upgraded. I explained to him that I never requested or authorized this. After going back and forth about the issue, he hung up on me. The invoice # on the email is #94286453. I believe this company is using this email tactic to scan senior citizens.
