Agent booked the ticket for my family on July 16 , 2015 after getting money from me. But later when I called the airlines directly on July 24, 2015 to correct the itinerary, I came to know that ticket has been cancelled and got refunded by whosoever booked the ticket. Since agent got the money from me via wire ( online transfer ) and seems he booked the ticket with airline with his credit card, so he got the money refunded from airline directly.
After that, I tried to call agent, all his contact numbers were not working ( disconnected). I did explore internet to have more info on website and came to know that it is Pakistan website and totally fraud and couple of other people got abused by them.
I logged a police complaint on July 24 , 2015 and also submitted reclaim request with my bank from where I transferred money to agent account. But both cases are closed by concerned without any action.
Bank reclaim case has been closed stated that beneficiary has refused to refund the amount.
