The person is an inactive licensed electrician who asks for cash in advance over $500 for services but does not deliver the material or labor and not reimburse the customer for materials and labor never delivered or performed. This electrician consistently asks for advance cash payments and will not work if you do not continue to pay him cash each time he appears to work and if this electrician walks off the job and does not complete the project you paid in advance he will not reimburse you the money you paid in advance and did not receive materials or services you paid for in advance. I highly recommend not doing business with this electrician.
