CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN MY PARCEL IS GOING TO GET DELIVERED.I ORDERED SELF THREADING NEEDLES AND CASE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER, AFTER SEEING THEM ON FACEBOOK. I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR THEM, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP PLEASE.

Bought 3 snowflake tools that I was going to use for Christmas presents. Bought them on 9/19/2020. Th tracking number is no good and I can not find a phone number. When you email them you get a response telling you to type you complaint number above the line and they still do not answer your question you get another email back telling you the same thing.

I ordered the 3-in 1 Rivet Tool "Kit" that was supposed to include the special rivet tool, the rivet mandrels and starter rivets in US SAE Thread. They instantly charged my PayPal and got paid, 3 weeks later nothing. After filing a formal complaint with PayPal, I got a box of METRIC rivets which are totally worthless without the special tool and the proper metric mandrels to compress the rivets. If you paid by Credit Card, call your credit card company and report the company, file a complaint and restrict them from charging your card in the future. If you paid by PayPal or other electronic funds, file a refund and a complaint.

I like other people ordered the 3 in 1 rivitter and only received the hardware . The tool to apply them never showed . I have been trying to contact the company but have not been able. I have sent numerous text with no response. The company will not release a phone number or take responsibility for there actions.

On 10/07/2020 I paid 23.98 with my debit card for a product to remove the scratches on the body car. Today in 10/23/2020 and still waiting for the product.

Order the snowflake tool in early September but have never received. My card was charged $40.47. Was hoping to use these items for Christmas gifts. When will they be delivered? Based on the other complaints it seems that this is a scam but I hope not.

I ordered 3 of those too. on September 19th. I am still waiting and can't track the package. I think this is a scam and I am going to the bank to try and get the charges reversed.

I ordered some toe support product from them I did not receive any confirmation email and it’s been one month since I have ordered the stuff. The total amount they charged my credit card is $16.88 and after reading all other complaints I am not very hopeful about receiving my stuff.

Paid £19 with postage for a waterproof spray which when it arrived it was a tine 30m bottle. Not enough to do anything with it. Total rip off. Don't go near this company
