We saw fountain figurines advertised on FaceBook (I think) and bought 2. When they were delivered, it was obvious that these were not the advertised product. No instructions, too small, wrong material (advertised as tin, but product is of some composite material), etc. The photos show figurines working as fountains and moving, but the delivered products aren't able to move the same way. There are lots of differences between the photos and delivered product. Probably, there actually are fountain figurines like these, but these are basic knockoffs worth a fraction of the paid price. I have immediately contacted the company about the wrong product and asked for a refund. No reply yet.
