I came across an art work station/ storage cabinet on Pinterest (from the Yeager site) and I ordered it because it was a good deal and everything seemed legitimate. I waited over a month to receive the item, but when it was finally delivered, it was NOT what I ordered. It was a tiny blue nylon backpack the size of a coin purse. So I attempted to contact support for help. I have been fighting to get an answer for a month, they’re refusing to give a refund or to send the correct item and they don’t even have a phone number I can contact for further support. It took them over a week to respond to an email.
