Saw a deal on Pinterest for a dog bed. I ordered in April. Watched the China Post tracking. It said it was delivered in May. Never received it. Contacted the company. Asked them to send another one. They said they would with faster shipping. Provided me a tracking number that led the package delivery to somewhere in Europe. I asked for a full refund and they kept haggling me for only a discount amount back or my money back minus shipping. It's just back and forth giving you the run around and never offering to provide a refund.

I saw an ad on Pinterest and filled in the state where I live as instructed. I bought 2 large dog beds for $50.  We never received the beds and the only way to reach the company was thru the email. There is no address, and no phone number to call. The response back is always "it is in transit, or strict custom inspections, etc". They keep stating that they have asked the shipper to speed up the delivery. It is clear this is a scam as I have found other reviews on this company. DO NOT order anything from "Yeager store."  They have many ads on different platforms, and again, I found this one through Pinterest. You will not get the product, so ltake that as a warning. This was a lesson learned for me.

I ordered on a hot deal from Yeager 2 human sized dog beds for $49.98 on February 25th. I checked the website first and it lied about its location being in California and that they ship out items that where overstocked. I contaced them about the shipping time and they responded with 30 days from China. They sent me a shoulder bag on march 18th. After receiving the bag I contacted them about it being the wrong item. They have sent me multiple emails denying everything and am trying to push me away by offering to pay 40% to 60 % or for me to send back the shoulder bag but pay for it to be sent or take off the shipping cost. This was not my items, not my mistake and not my responsibility to fix. They refuse to pay the full amount and are very unprofessional about it. They are scamming many people right now. They do not provide a telephone number and I emailed with Ancy and Becky. Both refusing to pay me back.

I ordered some suitcases from an ad on Pinterest. It said they would be shipped from California, that they would be shipped with in 48 hours, and that their business was based on Amazon overstock. I have heard of people having businesses based on Amazon returns, and the fact that it was supposedly going to ship from California made me feel good about the purchase.

It was a whole week before I got an email saying that my order had shipped, and the tracking information said it was shipping from China. This made me wonder if this was a little sketchy, but I hoped for the best. A month later I received a message that it had been delivered. I went out to my mailbox where I found a tiny package- definitely not big enough for a suitcase. I opened it to find a tiny backpack. I emailed them. They told me that they would only give me a refund if I would send the tiny backpack to them…. in China. Or they would kindly not worry about the backpack and give me 40% of my money back. That was laughable as the backpack in question is maybe worth $5. It is tiny and of very poor quality. I looked up how much it would cost to ship back to them and it is anywhere from $40 to $75 to send the stupid backpack back. I think this was a scam from the beginning. They never mentioned to send me the right item, they just sent me something so I couldn’t say I hadn’t received any item. I think this is a scam others have experienced. I am hoping my credit card company will help me get my money back, but right now, it just looks like I got scammed. I have photos of what I got, what it was supposed to be, and screen shots of their website if anyone needs them.
