Ordered an advertised product ( still being advertised ) did not receive product. Was sent something else and was told I got the new improved version which wasn't any where near what was advertised and doesn't do what the advertised product was supposed to do. Repeated emails met with a brick wall of denials. Was supposed to be delivered via DHL which makes sense coming from England and was actually sent from some address in California.
