The number above calls repeatedly sometimes back to back. Some calls are aggressive in tone and not handled in a professional manner by the caller. The caller claims that my business owes them money for advertising with "Yellow Pages Media". My business has never advertised with this company. I have repeatedly asked for an invoice in which I would be happy to pay if it is in fact legitimate. I still have not received an invoice even though they claim they have sent one. They want payment by phone via check or credit card. I have tried to do some research on the business but have found little info to assist me in resolving this matter.
