Rental lease application was sent but embedded in an email- not a formal lease agreement. Asked for a deposit of 400.00 to be sent via Canada post moneygram, to which would activate the couriered package of keys, lease and receipt for dd. Email later explained that the mother in law in the US California was upset they didn't charge the full months rent for security so asked for me to comply with the 800 rent prior to sending the couriered package. He used a lot of "god be with you and so sorry and blessings on my family" in many emails to sound empathetic. I claimed I would not send any money until the keys were sent and the apartment in Van was verified by a friend. I am awaiting email response to the same, and request to return the 400.00 DD due to suspicious circumstances.

Claim: "what matter to us is the proper care taking of the apartment not the huge amount of money."all i and my wife care about is just a good tenant to take better care of the place for us and i am putting all my trust in you"we personally own the property and we are looking for a humble,neat and God fearing tenant to rent it out to as we just relocated to Aurora,INDIANA USA with the whole family to take over and monitor my wife's father ranch business. my wife is the only child of her parent and as a woman she can't do the ranch business alone so she need my help and support so we decided to move with the whole family including our kids cos we can leave them behind as they are still under age.We are here in Aurora,INDIANA USA in our new house and also we are with the keys and documents of the property.We did not intend to give the property out for rent,but due to maintainance of the property my wife strongly advised we should give the place out for rent to a good and clean tenant and we also don't want our property to be used any how in our absent that is why we took the keys and documents along with us so i hope you will promise us to take very good care of the property.kindly get back to me on how you could take care of our place or perhaps experience you have in renting properties.
