Scammer will call your business to verify and ask to make sure your business address is correct. He will ask for your first and last name. Then they will try to tell you do you want to continue your listing do you want to continue services. It will cost you 695.99 dollars for the year. They then will send you a bill invoice in the mail to bill you for Web optimization and SEO key 20 words search engine fees.

The scammer called in middle of June identified himself as Eric. he will ask you do you want to pay the bill over the phone with a credit card. He will give you a false conformation number. You try to call back and they will not return your call.

Our business listings are all free web based listings and we never signed up or contracted any such listing. We did all this over 2 years ago.

This is definite a scam. Other people were unfortunate targets of this scam because they used an Actual yellow page listings. The scammer is looking for business's that have signed up with yellow book or yellow pages websites for free and is taking advantage of the business owners or managers, or employees.

We are not paying anything to these scammers. Watch out folks.

A man called and said he was from Yellow Pages and tried to "renew" our ad. I told him we did not have an ad with YP and he said we did have one and we owe $695.99, and if we pay today we get $100 off. We asked to hear oral confirmation or see written confirmation but he was unable to connect us with that department. Eventually, he hung up. Four days later we received a bill for the same amount. I have searched the web for Yellowpage Select and I find nothing.
