I purchased an order through Yelp. Yelp states that they only work with businesses. When I placed the order I was asked whether I was a consumer or a business. They took my order billed Apple Pay and the order was never received. I called Yelp regarding the order and someone by the name of Jessie answered the call (1-877-767-9357. He said he could not help me and he did not have a computer to check and see if the order was placed. I believe he did not work for Yelp. He gave me a fraudulent number to call his supervisor. Not a operating number. I called back and was told that the only way I can get help would be by sending a text. I am unable to correct this situation nor can I get my money back.
