I've been chatting with someone on facebook who is a friend of a friend and they informed me that they are a doctor who is currently in Yemen who works for the United Nations and that he is currently unable to leave because of the security firm that oversees the process One Source Security, he sent me a picture of his "medical ID badge" that reads Eric D. Parker and has his photo on it.

He asked me to send $3,000 so that he can get back to the united states.
