Asked for $200 deposit for a puppy, sent thru Cash App using my debit card. Once I sent she sent contract to sign and I did. Then she said her husband would bring me puppy next day. Then I get another message saying they need $300 more dollars for an air conditioned crate so they can fly the puppy to me. If they are in Kansas City why would you fly to Omaha instead of drive? I told her no I want to cancel and to please give me my deposit back and she said she used most of it for the transfer of ownership paperwork. After requesting deposit back a few times with nothing working I posted in the Facebook group that she was a scammer and that made her mad and then she contacted me and said I was trying to ruin her business. I told her to give me my deposit and I would take it down. She said she would take me to court so I got an attorney and she emailed he address he/she sent contract from and they are refusing to give us their attorney name or any info. As of today I am either blocked or they took down that profile because I can not contact them through Facebook. I tried emailing the email address but have not heard back.
