The website looks legit UNTIL you do not receive the product, there is no way to contact them, no location of business, etc. They submitted YunExpress tracking information BUT they never received the parcels. No phone number, no address, no response from customer service. I lost $70.

I ordered from their website. Originally got an order confirmation email. Waited and waited. The tracking number provided has had zero updates and now won’t load. Have attempted to contact them vial email, their website and Facebook several times and have had NO response at all. The order was placed on December 17th, 2023. Can not get a hold of anyone to help me with my package
