I ordered my daughter's hooded blankets 4 of them I contacted them in Dec to see where my order was I was told to wait takes time. Contacted them again in Jan no luck in Feb it says it was delivered no one seen any delivery trucks nothing they keep telling me today they reordered it for me.

I order 3 ( what they call) wearable blankets. I placed order on Dec 3rd. They gave me a tracking number and the tracking was horrible didn't leave Hong Kong until Dec 16th. Then was apparently stuck in customs And when I checked the tracking info again it claimed it was delivered on Dec 27th. I never received this package.

I purchased 11 items from this website which totaled $48 which I paid in full and it's telling me my package was delivered on December 24th which is not true, I have emailed them they're telling me it was delivered but yet the tracking number doesn't belong to any of the delivering services.

I ordered 7 hoodie blankets and when I reached out to see where the order I was give a tracking number. Then there would be an update to the tracking. Now they are saying order it was delivered on the 12th of December. The order was never received. I have ask for a refund but no answer as of now.
