Looked like a valid Sephora ad on Instagram for Sephora Advent Calendars. Ordered two of them and did not receive a confirmation email or anything. Reached out tot he company who gave me the tracking number and website - never received the product bit keep getting emails form "Cassie" at Zendesk saying to wait 3-5 more business days. I have received four of those emails and they will not issue me a refund
