I bought a necklace for mother’s day and never got order confirmation or tracking information. I went online to a review website and everyone has been facing the same issue. All the reviews say there is no means of contacting them and that it is a scam.

I tried to cancel an order I placed with them. Other than an auto-reply email address, they provide 0 customer service contact information. I tried reaching them via Facebook Messenger as well and only received 1 reply referring me back to the email address that is a complete joke! They read every message sent but got no further responses from them. Had to file a dispute with the bank just to get a refund when the order was placed LESS than 12 hours ago which is their required timeframe to request an order cancellation otherwise they charge you MORE money to cancel it! Just absolutely ridiculous. Checked their Facebook reviews and every single one of the customers report they never received any of the items they ordered nor did they receive refunds directly from them. They all had to file a dispute with their banks.
