I purchased a 3D pen off there website with additional cartridges. I got charged for two pens after ordering one. I spent $111.70 dollars in total. I reached out via e-mail to check my order since the amount wasn't correct. I never received a return e-mail or response after five attempts. I did get an original order confirmation number which you can search on there website to track package and the delivery dates continues to change, pushing it out further and further. The phone number doesn't work and they have another number listed in UK. They state shipping comes from China, Tibet, etc.
