yodacare called me and conned me into purchaseing software saying my computer was hacked and infected, call back # was no good so I filed a complaint with my credit card company to retrieve my money

When I clicked on to an article I wanted to look at on my AOL email home page, a malware popped up, with a recording telling me to call a number it was flashing to get the problem resolved. I called, it was from New Delhi, India, and the technician said the company was called Yoda Care. They supposedly 'fixed' the problem, charged me $370, and told me I would have a 2 year service agreement to keep my PC clear from any more problems. The next day as soon as I logged on to my computer, they called me at home, and said I had a 'trojan horse' on my PC from Brazil from possibly 4 years earlier. They said they would clear it up, and that I should get the 'life-time' service package. That would cost $550, but, I would have to send them the money thru Western Union. I talked to their 'Financial Director' whose last name amazingly was the same as mine, who told me to tell Western Union that it was a 'personal' money order, not to say it was business related. He also stated that once I paid the $550, I would be refunded the original $370. I refused to approve the transaction, shut off my computer, called and cancelled my credit card. Since then, I have had to have a reputable service restore my PC. These people who say they are from Yoda Care continue to call me almost every day. I have asked them every time I have spoken with them to stop calling me, I no longer wish to do business with them. The last time I spoke with them they told me I would have to pay them $300 to remove me from their files. I hung up on them. I now have caller I.D., and they continue to call once or twice every day. I have registered a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry twice. I will be blocking all their numbers from my phone. I never received any refund from the so-called tech company or from my credit card company.
