I order a yoga mat on August 26, 2020 from them.
Received a very basic invoice with an order ID #.
I have not received the mat (as of Oct. 20, 2020), any phone calls back (1-855-628-9642) after leaving several messages, no emails back after several emails, no confirmation of product being shipped and no tracking number.
Seems a real shame that the company is likely scamming innocent folks. Especially small business owners who are working hard to keep afloat while honestly helping others improve their quality of lives.

Placed and order and was charged promptly. Never got word of shipment confirmation or delay or anything. Called them several times, mailbox is full. Texted and no response...emailed several times, no response. Reported to Paypal and dispute now pending. Will completely exonerate and give credit to this company if they contact me with information or even issue a refund. How sad.

I ordered a Paw Patrol yoga mat from yogamatstore on April 29th. I recieved a Teenage Mutant Turtles mat on June 6th. It took forever to get the mat and its not what I ordered. After much digging I finally found a phone no but they aren't taking calls and you can't leave a message. I feel totally ripped off. I
paid $41 for this mat.
