Scammer purports to be a car dealership based in Seaside California. He advertises vehicles for sale on EBay and on his website. If you’re interested in a vehicle he will supply a dealers license, bill of sale, etc. He will ask for the money to be wired to his dealership and he will arrange for the car to be shipped to you for an extra fee. He must have some real knowledge of the car industry as he does things very much in line with what a real dealership would do. However, the car you paid for will never show up and he will stop all communication.
