The owner's name is Ruben Gamboa he has been arrested in the past for impersonating a fire Marshall he was the owner of amg fire & lifeline fire is not even supposed to be in the fire protection business anymore order by the court but he has YOR protection under someone else name not sure but under mother in law or stepson name he made sure he's name is not on any of the company paperwork this guy should be in prison

male came into store mentioned he was going to inspect the fire system(sprinklers, extinguisher, and alarm system) and did not mention he was part of a business or that there would be any charge of any kind. he was dressed in a uniform that appeared to be a firefighters outfit, blue slacks and a blue shirt if I remember correctly. He looked around for 5-7 minutes and did not mention hat he was going to charge but had me sign the paper, and we were billed $401.03 right on the spot.

On March 14, 2016, two men stopped in my office (a nonprofit organization serving homeless and low income, talked an employee into signing a $0 balance invoice and proceeded to wander through our facility. When I challenged them, they said their office had scheduled them to come out to our location to check our fire/security. We had done a 5 year inspection the week prior, so it didn't make sense. When I pushed further, they continued trying to convince me they were supposed to be there. Since they couldn't answer questions to my satisfaction, I asked them to leave and have their company make an appointment. They left and never returned.

Today, March 30, 2016, we received an invoice from Y.O.R. Protection, with charges for $469.54. Also enclosed was the $0 balance invoice signed by my employee, with amounts for service, hand-written. Both the invoice and envelop were not on 'official letterhead', but were things that could have easily been made up using Excel and Word.

When I called to dispute, the phone was not answered like a legitimate corporate. As I explained the problem, the woman, Monique, was very quick to void the invoice. Her version of why they were at my office differed from we had been told on the 14th. According to her, they just dropped in because they were in the neighborhood.

It seemed that they were doing this, then sending bills, hoping the business would not catch it. They do not show a physical address, nor do they have a website.
