Yes! This almost happened to me! I’m glad I did not go through with this! I received the same paragraph when I simply requested to have a phone number! The following paragraph was sent to me:
“ We are reliable and very reputable breeders, I am a person of my word and my word is my bond and I can't take your money and don't ship your new family members. If we really wanted money for these dogs, we would've posted ads for the regular $1500 to $2500 each and we are positive that people would contact us willing to pay such amounts. But the tendency is that those who would offer to pay such amounts are certainly very rich people and they would spend more time making their money than giving the love and care that these little cuties need. Honestly, if we didn't think we were among the best at what we do, we wouldn't still be doing this. We also receive a consistent stream of praise from buyers who bought puppies from us. Also, as long as our customers are happy, we know we must be doing something right. Just let me know if you are still interested? so that we can keep the ball rolling. Here with a video of the puppy.Thank you”

I was looking to purchase a yorkie and came across the website. I reached out to the company and expressed my interest in “Rosy”. I received an immediate response. They said she was available, sent me numerous photos and what I thought was reputable information regarding contracts and her living situation. The company requested $400 as a deposit. I should have known this was a fraud as the seller requested the funds via Zelle, Before I sent the money I even questioned the company’s validity. I should have went with my first thought. Once I questioned their validity I received this: “ We are reliable and very reputable breeders, I am a person of my word and my word is my bond and I can't take your money and don't ship your new family members. Here with a video of the puppy.Thank you”. This unfortunately made me relax and I sent the $400. The “company” requested that I send it to : “ Add to contact Zelle User ID or Recipient:
Zelle Email: [email protected]
Full Name: Pierre Jaures
Reason: Deposit for Rosy
Amount: $400

Send me a screenshot as soon as money is sent.“

Once I sent the money and followed the instructions all communications stopped. I logged on and noticed that “Rosy” was still listed as “available” even though I had put the deposit down on her. After sending several emails with no responses I begin searching and realized I was scammed. I have filed a report with the BBB however I know that I will not receive my funds back. Next time I will do my due diligence.

This so called company scammed me also. I should have known better given my profession in the legal world. I paid $800 for ‘Carl’ signed the contract and then, all a bit too late, did my homework, and learned, I too, had been taken advantage of and robbed! Now they want another $1000. I’m a paralegal with a law firm, have close contacts with judges, US Marshall, US Attorney General, and IT individuals who will be able to track the IP address and see where these low-life criminals are located. They will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! They can take that to the bank!

I was in the process of trying to buy a puppy today.
They sent me the contract & when I asked about PayPal or Venmo, they quit responding, canceled my calls & blocked my emails.
Daniel and Pierre Juares are the names. +1 (580) 447-5830
[email protected] That is the email that is associated with Pierre Juares that they use for Zelle.

I was excited to find Yorkie puppies for only $600, but something wasn't right about the website and that gave me red flags. For example when you go to look at the puppies they have, the subject line says "AVAIALABLE PUPPIES". Notice the error? Yet they were able to spell available correctly further down the page. Also it was weird to me that all puppies were 11 weeks old. I'm no vet but can teacups and standard Yorkies come from the same litter? This website just seemed suspicious and I'm glad I looked it up before falling for the scam.

I went on their website and wanted to buy a puppy. They told me what I needed to do then the amount. I filled out their application and was approved and had to send them the money. First they asked for $850.00 through Zelle. $600 for the dog, and the rest was for shipping her and the puppy nanny. Once I paid it all they sent me an itinerary for the flight to Ohio. Then they emailed me and said I was responsible for it now that it was in my name. Then I got another email from a shipping company that wanted another $1000 refundable payment for a special kind of crate required by the airline company and insurance for it to get here. It was supposed to be refundable. Then get another email stating I had to pay another $1000 for covid testing, full body scan and a few other things that it would also be refundable. Once I paid $2850 and she was supposed to be in flight to my home, they stopped responding. I now have no dog and I am out almost $3000 dollars.

I sniffed them out at well until they asked for gift cards for the deposit. Red flags started going up and then communication and spelling started to look awry. Let’s destroy these people, they are hurting hearts….

I reached out to this dog company to purchase a teacup puppy named Carl … DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ! They are scammers ! They take your $800 ($600 for puppy & $200 for airfare fee) once you pay they asked for $1200 more for a special shipping crate … I should have known it was to good to be true ! BUYER BEWARE ! Oklahoma needs to [censored] these people down NOW ! Thank you

I was a bit late doing my research and homework. However I, too, paid $800 for ‘Carl.’ And now they want me to pay $1000 for a crate to ship him. He’s still listed on the website as available. When I questioned that, I was told the technical support would update system. Little do they know, I’m not one to be screwed over. I work for an attorney and have contact’s with judges, the attorney general, US Marshall, and IT people who can track their IP address. Once I get started with them, I won’t stop until they are punished accordingly under the law!

Beware of this website https://yorkshirecutiesbreeder.com/index.html. The individual used the name Keresha Richard with an Zelle email of [email protected]. I immediately knew it was a scam when payment request was via Zelle or Walmart to Walmart. Do not use Zelle, Walmart to Walmart or any cash application for individuals "you do not know". You will never see the product or your money again. Most breeders require a deposit of a few hundred dollars and typically use paypal, cashier checks or some reputable source for payment. In addition the address 1804 NW 163rd Cir, Edmond, OK 73013 where the puppies allegedly located is currently pending a sale. So do your home work and remember never send money via Zelle, Walmart to Walmart, Money Gram etc., to individuals you do not know. Use paypal because if it is fraud or do not receive the intended item you will get your money back.

I started interacting with these people about a teacup yorkie I sent 600$ and another 200$ to get the dog shipped to me so a total of 800$ 20 minutes later I received information on flight details and 10 minutes after that I received an email saying I had to pay another 1300$ for a electronic crate that the dog needs to fly because of covid but I’ll get all of it back but 50$ right then I knew I had been scammed eventually that changed their email address that they were using for Zelle they used the the same Oklahoma address on Terminal Add to contact Zelle User ID or Recipient:
Zelle Email: [email protected]
Full Name: Seyi Asokere
Memo: Payment for Carl
Amount: $800
this is the information They gave me

Paid for puppy via Zelle, before we found out it was a scam.

Shipping company used is also a scam (pets-movers.com)

Contacts thru emails and text messages. When calling the numbers, no answer or can't complete call.

Addresses given are valid, but no puppies or company there.

I found a website for Yorkie puppies and inquired - yorkshirecutiebreeders.com. They sent me pictures and interacted through email - [email protected]. The process was to look over the contract and sign. Then, I was asked to use Zelle to send the money ($600 for the dog and $200 for the shipping = $800 total). When I was finished with sending money through Zelle, I was to send a photo of the "money sent" transaction to Josue. The address was [email protected]. I completed this transaction on Monday, Oct. 11th. We interacted through email on the delivery to be made next Monday. Today, I received word that the puppy was dropped off at the airport from this breeder. Then, I received a separate email from [email protected]. and I needed to Zelle $1250 - [email protected] shipping. The message was all in capital letters. It spoke of the puppy being left in a wooden crate and it is my responsibility (a criminal offense in the US) if I did not attend to the fee. It gave the name of Deric Perry with the address of 7100 Terminal Dr. Oklahoma City, OK 73159. The signature on this email said, Pet Movers, [email protected] +1580-344-0065. David Clackson.

It then had an itinerary at the Will Rogers World American Airlines (AA3010), Canadair Regional Jet 700... It was then I realized that I had been scammed. I sent an email to the breeder with no response.
