My parents were on their ipad when the phishing message should up with an 800# telling them they been hacked. They called the # the person pretended to be connected to Apple and then transferred them to the second person who supposedly worked for the bank (Chris). They called the wrong family (I work in Cyber security). They quickly hung up.
