We got you tube tv and we got an error message on the screen and couldn’t stream the channels. We got a pop up screen to go to : YouTube/activate which we did on the Apple phone. Once we entered the information we were asked to download the app. After that, we google for tech support for you tube tv, and male with Indian accent said we need to go to Apple store purchase card for $500 and give them the code for the verification so they can fix the streaming issue and my husband did. After that they kept us on the phone for aprox 45 min and then said we will get the money back in 1 hr.
