I ordered an item from their website in December 2023. she never had my item available for pick up. I physically went to the store three times because she advertised on social media she was available for pick up and every time I went she was never there. Her storefront was closed and I was greeted by a friend that would contact her on my behalf. All three times she told her friend to tell me she would send my order because she didn’t have it at the store. It’s been over three months since I ordered my item and I still have not received it either in mail or in person . I have contacted this business several times via email and direct message on Instagram because they are very active posting items on sale and she ignores me and never gets back to me. I requested a refund and still have not received anything. There are other clients that have gone through the same thing and they simply delete the comments requesting information about their orders on their Instagram page, you can’t contact them on Instagram. She has to accept your message so there is no way to contact the owner.
