Ordered a gift to be shipped. After 2 weeks not shipped contacted "customer service". No response. 7 days later no contacted again. Got email saying not sure will check into. Ten days no info. Emailed 2 more times. No response. Had to contact visa to file a complaint. They agreed and refunded

Purchased a bottle of Bourbon online through the website Youbooze.com. They reported it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. They offered tracking of the item via the app 'Shop" after purchasing the product, but after downloading the app, I got no information other than 'order placed'. Their confirmation email said 'You'll receive an email when your order is ready'. I have not received any email. The order was placed June 7, 2023. It has been 12 days, or 8 business days, and no emails from them. I contacted them via email 2 days ago (no phone number is listed on website) and have not received a response. I have contacted my credit card company as well.

I order a 750ml bourbon which they claimed they had. They lied. They still have not sent it. I’ve asked the CC company to stop payment. I checked out the reviews on you booze. There are MANY of the same complaints over and over. They need to be stopped!!!
