I placed an order through FromYouflowers.com on 1/17/2024 to be delivered on 1/18/2024. It says "SAME DAY DELIVERY" but i wanted it on her Exact Birthday. So then, my mom never got it which was supposed to be a Surprise. I saw the Tracker for delivery.....it hasn't moved so i called the FromYouFlowers and noticed the accent which the country was from the Philippines which i called several times. They assured me that it was on the way but she NEVER RECEIVED IT ON HER SPECIAL DAY!!!!!! BECAUSE SHE TURNED 90 WITH CANCER!!!!!?? I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AND ORDERED FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE WHICH IS SENDFLOWERS. BUT THEY ARE THE SAME ONE OPERATING IN THE PHILIPPINES COLLECTING DOLLARS FROM USA. AND THEN WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDERS,!!!!!!!!!!??????
