I ordered product from this company on instagram through the link they provided to the website on @younandprettycosmetics instagram page. I placed my order on 9/8/18. I reached out to them via email and direct message with a screenshot of my order including my order number, to no avail. I researched on google and instagram if a scam was reported. I found there are several instagram users that have ordered from young and pretty cosmetics and have not received what they payed for and most that never even got a response after inquiring about their order under #youngandprettycosmetics on instagram. I still have not gotten anything from the company including my order, a refund or a response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH @YOUNGANDPRETTYCOSMETICS ON INSTAGRAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER!
