I googled refrigerator repairs and came across this site. https://www.appliancehd.com. I called their phone number at 412-515-3060 and spoke to someone who scheduled a repair man to come to my house. They told me that they need to collect a credit card number to charge me $60 for the service call. They said they would not charge my credit card until the repair person arrived. The repairman was due to come today to look at my refrigerator. He never showed up and when I call the number to ask on the status of his arrival, they hung up on me. Then I called my credit card company and found they had charged the $60 service fee on my credit card the day I called. I was scammed to believe it would not be charged till a repair man arrived; but no one ever arrived and they charge it the day I called to schedule. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company
