This company originally contacted me in 2008. They talked me into buying a travel package. You pay half now half later. I paid the first half. They called me after the due date and said that I had missed my payment. They told me if I make the second payment right now that they would reinstate my account, and I would not be penalized. If I did not they were just going to take the money out of my account since I had already agreed to this, and that they would cancel my account and I would lose the travel package that I had bought. They have repeatedly called me over the years, even though I have stated I want no further contact with them.

The last contact (the caller ID displayed this number: 305-420- 5181) was with a woman named Kendra, who stated that she was a represented of “Your travel consultant”. She would not give me any information on the company, such as a phone number, or address unless I was going to buy something. I told her that I did want to make a complaint with the BBB.

After 10 min I was able to talk to a supervisor, Diana. She would not give me any information. She stated that they were from the sales department, and that customer service was closed. She said there was no reason to give me the number to customer service because there was no issue. They have called me and I have been telling them no repeatedly for 7 years!!! Then she hung up on me.

I tried to call their number 1-844-954-8687 after I was hung up on. I tried all the departments, sales, operator, marketing, billing, on each line it just went to voice mail. The number and information I provide was from the website that I googled. They also have a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/YourTourConsultant

On their page they have 78, 5 star ratings, 1 person gave a 4.5, and me that gave one star.
