I attempted to purchase a personalized product. They sent me the wrong one. I asked how to have fixed, they assured they’d fix and send a new one. I pursued respectfully to get my product. They continued to give me the run around and once I took to PayPal, they got nasty with me (I had been waiting for months) and now I cannot be refunded as it does not fall under the purchase protection. I lost $34.
