Last year, he started his Partnership Program, in which he encouraged people on his list to become partners at one or more of his sites by paying a fee of $500. I joined the partnership program and paid in instalments as $500 is a lot of money for me. I joined at Supercharged Solo Ads, one of Matthew's many sites. The payments went through his wife's *** account as internet programs are no longer allowed to use PayPal. Matthew promised that the money would be reimbursed within 3-6 months.
It is nearly a year later and I have not received a penny. Matthew put 640 people under me - in my downline - and I should be receiving commissions from all of these people, plus commissions from the site as a whole. But I have not seen a penny.
He emails me from another address, which is Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (This is the only part of the address I have).

I am not based in North America, I am based in London, UK. So the postal code I have given is an old one which is no longer valid for me. As I am sure you know, internet scams are global.
The most frustrating thing is that, when I contact Matthew to enquire as to when I will be paid, he doesn't respond - he just ignores my emails. The first time, he said he was working round the clock, trying to fix a problem. I believe the problem was with his server. Since then, he has not responded to any of my emails about this matter. Yet he keeps emailing me encouraging me to join other websites of his.
I trusted him as I had been using his sites for so long. He may not be scamming me but, nearly a year later, this is taking on the appearance of a scam.
