A magazine published an article on miracle anti-aging cream that landed the biggest deal on Shark Tank. The product is available for a free trail and only pay for shipping and handling. I ordered it on 1/10/17, 15 days later on 1/25/17, I was charged $97 on my credit card. On 1/25/17, I made a phone call to dispute it and was told that there's no record of my order or me as a customer. On 1/27/17, I made another phone call to a different phone number and they found my record. When I dispute the charge, I was told that I agreed to subscribe to the product monthly and that I can cancel it within 15 days of the free trial order (by 1/25/17) with no charge. But since I called after 15 days, the company can't remove the charges but will cancel any future charges.

When I ordered it, tere was no footnote, just the advertisement for a free bottle and to click on the link to claim a free bottle. The link took me to Revivedyouthcream.com site. There were 3 steps to complete the process. Step 1, Enter Shipping Info, Step 2 Confirm Order and Step 3 Order Summary. None of these 3 steps have any footnote to indicate the 15 days cancellation period and the monthly subscription. I researched on the internet and realized there are a lot of internet scams that offer free trials which is not truly free. Most of these scams are impossible to reach by phone to cancel (they don't give the phone number with product, ..et). In my case, I was told that there's no record of my order nor my address. I had to call for the 2nd number which listed on my credit card statement to reach the right company.
