A charge of 29.95 appeared on my charge card for a company called youthfulskinbazaar.com. I called the phone # attached to the charge and told them I never ordered a product by that name and I never received a product under that name and want that order canceled and the charge removed.

By the time I found this charge on my card it had already been charged monthly for several months. I was told on 9/11/20 they can refund up to five months of payments. They refunded one charge immediately after I called them then they charged me AGAIN 29.95 the next month!

I have called these people 3 times in the month of September, 2020 and they agreed to refund me and cancel the order and they are still charging me as of
