This is a Chinese importer of imitation, poorly replicated products that are marketed using the original company’s website and photos. I I ordered Kate Spade handbags from the website that showed original products, but nowhere on the website did it say that the products were imitation and would not be made in the same way using the same materials. In my case the bags that arrived were clearly imitation and smelled of chemicals used for the plastic material they were made from. They did not resemble in any way the items in the website photo. When I contacted customer service I received a reply asking me to send photos, which I did. I was then told that the return shipping would be very expensive and that I could keep the bags and they would offer me a 10% refund. I replied that I did not want to keep the bags, and that the address on the package was:

When I googled this address I found that it is a warehouse for a Chinese based importer and that there were numerous internet scam complaints against the same company, same address, but selling various other products using the original products website. Customers are ordering items from these websites but receiving imitation, fake and poor quality items not depicted in their marketing.

Using a Kate Spade ?? logo on an imitation handbag without a disclaimer that it is an imitation should be fraudulent and illegal.
