I placed an order and never received items they strung me along gave incorrect information for tracking.. I wanted a full refund or my items. They 1st offered 60 percent then 59 percent refund because they need to at least be paid and I was to let them know if I accept terms HELL NO full refund or my items period. I did my part and paid for my items THEIR part to ship was on them! The disappointment from my son was heartbreaking and priceless. They now ignore or refuse to answer my many attempts for a response, a name on wtf is mishandling my purchase and a phone number to speak with a supervisor. I swear to all that's holy if it takes years this is not over yet. So now I'm looking for any further information on this fraudulent company

This company website listed as Ypvoxsa website is powered by Shoplzaaz which is also noted as a scam. I purchased a shoe organizer from them, never received it . When i first reached out it seems legit as they said it was on its way, just delayed due to covid. As time went on I reach out again. i received messages like, did you receive anything? my response was no, then received another message - did you do bad things to us?

Blocked them and cancelled my cc
