On December 16 2023 I purchased 2 touchscreen gaming tables for $39.99 from a company that I saw advertised on Instagram, the company name is Discount Supermarket and their website is www.yscienceierby.com. I paid for $10.00 for flat shipping and I was supposed to receive my order within 10-15 days. The website supposedly has a "track your order" feature but whenever you enter your order number or email address, it pulls up the same page that is shown when you complete your purchase stating "Thank you! Your order is complete. Please wait for shipping update." After 15 days I had not received my order, I tried to contact the company which only provides an email address to [email protected]. I sent an email inquiring about my purchase and the customer service agent "Luck" would reply that I should be receiving my order soon and to be patient. After another week passed with no order delivered I contacted "Luck" again asking about my order and this person again tells me that the order should be on its way and to be patient. Another week passed with no order and again I contact "Luck" demanding an update on the shipping or a refund of my money, and this time "Luck" provides me with a tracking number (LR096686000CN) to some shipping website www.17track.net/en that shows that my order has been shipped to Miami, FL. On January 31 I send "Luck" a screenshot of the shipping website page that shows the shipping information and "Luck" responds saying that they will contact the logistics company that handles the shipping and will address the issue ASAP. It is now February 12, 2024 and I still have not received my order or heard anything from "Luck" concerning my order.
