Yugen hoodie company is a huge scam! Ordered a hoodie sweatshirt last December 2016. A Christmas gift for my son who saw the hoodie online and wanted me to get it for him. After a number of emails that stated they were behind and my order was on the way, I received nothing! Bought this with my debit card so I am screwed out of the money! When is someone going to stop this bullcrap?!! Really unbelievable!

They pretend to sell sweatshirts and take people's credit/debit card information then never get back with them.

An ad was seen on my twitter timeline for sweatshirts on sale at the website given. I purchased two of them and completed the transaction but realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the sweatshirts. In order to take advantage of the online sale, I simply reordered the sweatshirts with the correct sizes and contacted the company to cancel my first order. Yugen is only contactable through twitter direct messaging (or at least it says so on their website) so I sent them a direct message to cancel my first order. After a lack of answer, I sent them more direct messages, emailed them, and tweeted at them. I later found out that other people had the same problem for they were scammed by Yugen and never received their sweatshirts. Therefor, because of the lack of response from Yugen and from others' experiences, I think its safe to say they took $150 dollars from me.
