I ordered $250 worth of merchandise from Yuhyl.com, a woman's apparel website. On their website they advertised that they offered fast delivery & easy returns. I did receive my merchandise about 1 month after I ordered it. I tried on the items I ordered and I decided to keep 4 of the 7 items and return 3. When I went to the website to get the information to return the items there was no return information available. I received a follow-up email asking me to rate my experience with them. I told them of my frustration with them & sent the email back. I then received a message that wanted me to list the items I was returning. I did that and then the next message I received was a message telling me that they would give me $30 for my inconvenience and basically wanting me to go away. I told them that that was not acceptable. All I wanted was to use there Easy Return Service. The next message I received was offering me $65 for any inconveince. I told them that was not acceptable that I wanted at least the $150 back. The next email I received was asking me again for the items I wanted to return. I definitely have been scammed and I am not happy and also do not want someone else to have this same experience.

Please let me know what you can do for me if anything. I think this company should be reported and hopefully shut down so that no one else will experience what I have. Terrible, false, reporting by this company!!
