I ordered clothing online. I thought I was in Kohl's originally when saw ad on facebook and went to site. I ordered 3 pair of shoes, pants, and dress. Paid by credit card. Received confirning order by e-mail. Orderd on May 17, 2023. Was given a confirming order with tracking information. Tracked shipment throughout its shipping. Received a package that contained an adjustable size costume ring not worth to amount of the order. Thought it was a promotional item shipped. Did not receive any of the clothing. Am unable to recontact. No phone number given. The return e-mail address is invalid. The site for the tracking was OneStopQuickTracking.....

Presents themselves on Facebook marketplace as Kohls clearance. Got a tracking number and it says it has arrived in US but nothing ever comes and somehow they are using my email to respond to people having the same problem I am. Now I am getting complaints from people. Tracking # SDH0010113965 on Track 718.

They sent me a Thank You Email with the name Garment Store with a tracking #. The tracking shows as of 5-24 that my order is waiting to be sent abroad. they sent me a email saying my order was received and being shipped. I replied Thanks for the update and now I am getting numerous emails from other people wondering where their orders are. so apparently my email is being used in correspondence. When i have emailed this company they just say it is coming and to be patient.
