There was no opt-in on their free sample page and since launching numerous complaints, they have since taken down the page from their public eye however it is still accessible at: https://yummysport.com/request-your-free-sample/ - if this is taken down by the time you receive this, I have screen shots.
As you can see there is nothing that prompts the consumer that they are subscribing to their monthly offer. I have emailed them several times - even returned the product as per their recommendation with tracking. No confirmation, no contact on the other end after I sent them the tracking code. After cancelling the subscription, they charged me again for September, except they reimbursed me and kept around $10 for no reason. I again attempted to contact them over this to no avail.
I've attached a comment left by another customer on a website that sells their products. I'd like to note that they have no phone number, their email cannot be easily found and their head office on the Facebook says New York but their products are shipping from Quebec, Canada.
Thank you for your time. I am seeking reimbursement and hope they publically acknowledge this issue and make amendments towards operating a honest business.
